Vulcano

“The Crater: The island takes its name from its active volcano. You can go on excursions to explore the crater. Thermal Mud Baths: The thermal mud pools are renowned for their skin benefits. Beaches: Vulcano offers beautiful beaches, such as Asino Beach and Black Sands Beach.

✅ All tours to the Aeolian Islands are subject to weather/marine conditions and must be confirmed 1-2 days before departure. In case of cancellations due to bad weather, you will be notified, and the tour will be rescheduled to the next available date, or the deposit will be refunded.

✅ Tours to the Aeolian Islands may undergo changes in schedule and itinerary due to adverse weather and marine conditions, municipal docking ordinances, orders from maritime and port authorities, and force majeure. After 50% of the journey is completed, there is no obligation for a refund.

✅ The agency has the right to cancel the trip at any time under the law n. 1084 of December 27, 1977, with no other obligation than the return of the amount paid.

✅ If the customer cancels the tour for any reason within 48 hours before the tour departure, no refund is provided.

✅ Where to Park: Near the departure ports, there are non-supervised parking lots. However, there are paid parking lots with blue lines, or free parking lots with white lines. It is necessary to leave your car outside the port area as neither parking nor stopping is allowed inside the port. The area is under video surveillance, and violations result in fines.

✅ Animals on Board:

The company’s vehicles, due to their technical characteristics, are intended solely for “passenger transport.” They do not have cages or specific places for transporting pets. The transportation of a domestic animal accompanying the passenger is allowed under the following conditions:

• Throughout the journey, dogs must be equipped with a muzzle and leash and worn if other passengers feel the need; cats and other small domestic animals must be kept in a suitable “carrier,” as well as birds in appropriate cages.
• Animals must be transported in conditions that do not cause damage or discomfort to other passengers and/or the naval means.

The company reserves the right to request, before boarding, a health certificate attesting to the good health and vaccination booklet of the animal.

The maintenance, custody, and care of animals during transport are the responsibility and risk of the passenger, who is required to comply with the health regulations dictated by the Competent Authorities.

✅ Clothing: Comfortable beachwear: flip-flops, swimsuit, sun hat, especially in high season. DO NOT bring beach umbrellas or beach toys for children: they would only be inconvenient to carry around. In low season, it is better to bring a long-sleeved shirt if you plan to return on the open deck. If the weather forecast is not optimal, also bring a windbreaker that, if not needed, you can leave on board.

• Extra tours organized on board

✅ Access for the Disabled: Access allowed for the disabled

✅ One-Way / Round Trip Tickets: Tickets issued for ONE WAY / ROUND TRIP, i.e., for those who choose to stay overnight and return on different days from departure, will be confirmed only 24 hours before departure, as it is subject to a minimum number of participants and/or favorable weather-marine conditions. The ticket price guarantees passage and NOT the mini-cruise; we do not guarantee that the islands will be visited in the order stated above.
