During the stop on Stromboli, you can experience an authentic journey through nature, culture, and gastronomy. Stroll along the fascinating black beaches of volcanic pebbles and sand, and dive into the cobalt-blue waters for a refreshing swim. To explore the heart of the island, you can wander through the characteristic alleyways of the village or hop on the iconic Ape taxis (three-wheeled tuk-tuks), which will take you to discover the wonders of Stromboli. A must-see viewpoint is the Church of San Vincenzo, offering a breathtaking sunset over the sea. Film and history enthusiasts can visit the famous "Ingrid's House", which became a symbol of the island thanks to Roberto Rossellini's film "Stromboli, Land of God". To round off the evening, you can enjoy dinner at a restaurant with a view or savor local specialties such as Sicilian arancine and focaccia, for an authentic culinary experience (reservation required). ⏰ Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure at the meeting point indicated by the guide. The stop on the island will be timed to make the most of the daylight, ensuring a spectacular view of the Sciara del Fuoco at sunset 🌅.

Sailing towards the Sciara del Fuoco

At sunset, arriving at the Sciara del Fuoco offers an unforgettable spectacle: the sky turns red as the eruptions of Stromboli light up the horizon. The contrast between the volcanic fire and the dark sea creates a magical atmosphere—an experience to be had at least once in a lifetime! The circumnavigation will last approximately 30 minutes.

🚨 IMPORTANT! Departure and return times are approximate, as they are subject to the provisions of the Harbor Master's Office and weather and sea conditions. The captain will communicate the exact times on the day of the excursion, based on factors such as sea traffic and port authorizations. ⚠️ Safety first: in the event of rough seas or adverse conditions, the visit to the Sciara del Fuoco may be cancelled and the ship will return directly to port. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the charge of the deposit paid.
Alternatively, we offer the option to reschedule the excursion to another date at no additional cost at any time.
If the excursion is canceled due to adverse weather or sea conditions, you will have the option to reschedule to the next available date or receive a refund of the deposit paid.

Near the departure ports, there are paid parking spaces marked with blue lines, or free parking spaces marked with white lines.
Information on blue line parking fees should be checked with the local municipal police, as rates may vary.
Please leave your car outside the port area, as stopping or parking inside the port is not allowed. The area is under video surveillance, and violations may result in a fine.

Please arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes before departure for boarding procedures, check-in, payment of the entrance fee, and the remaining balance minus the deposit paid.

✅ High season: comfortable beachwear: flip-flops, swimsuit, sun hat.
Do NOT bring beach umbrellas or children’s beach toys, as they would be cumbersome to carry around.

✅ Low season: it’s best to bring a long-sleeve shirt if you plan to travel back on the open deck.
If the weather forecast is not optimal, also bring a windbreaker which, if not needed, can be left on board.
