We ask all customers to provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the charge of the deposit paid.
Alternatively, we offer the option to reschedule the excursion to another date at no additional cost at any time.
If the excursion is canceled due to adverse weather or sea conditions, you will have the option to reschedule to the next available date or receive a refund of the deposit paid.
